Toronto Welsh features a lively events calendar, and we want to showcase your gathering, whether it’s a concert, a pub meet-up for a match, or an online Welsh conversation group. We want to hear from you!
We welcome in-person and virtual events, free or ticketed, as long as they’re open to everyone and celebrate our Welsh spirit.

Mae Cymry Toronto yn cynnwys calendr digwyddiadau bywiog, ac rydym am arddangos eich cynlluniau, boed yn gyngerdd, yn gyfarfod tafarn ar gyfer gêm, neu’n grŵp sgwrsio Cymraeg ar-lein. Rydyn ni eisiau clywed gennych chi!
Rydym yn croesawu digwyddiadau mewn person ac ar-lein, am ddim neu â thocynnau, cyn belled â’u bod yn agored i bawb ac yn dathlu ein hysbryd Cymreig.

Submission guidelines
- Please submit your listing request, using the form above, at least two weeks before the event’s date. We post appropriate events as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee posting.
- In-person events must be in the GTA.
- Events must be open to the public. We don’t post events requiring an invitation or club membership.
- We’re happy to post a wide variety of events, but we reserve the right to review, edit, or reject submissions—at our sole discretion—before posting.
- Event listings must include contact information (phone or email address) for an organizer. We may have questions before posting, and our website visitors may have questions too.
- Please note that Toronto Welsh does not manage ticketing or attendee lists for submitted events. We are unable to register attendees, compile attendee lists, or issue or sell tickets on your behalf. Exceptions to this policy are rare and require prior arrangement. Thank you for understanding that our resources are limited, and we encourage you to manage these aspects independently for your event.
